  • All orders are shipped from our Albany, New York warehouse. Shipping times vary depending on your proximity to our warehouse. Orders are only shipped on business days, Monday through Friday. No orders are shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

    Domestic Orders

    All domestic orders are shipped via UPS or the US Postal Service. All domestic in-stock orders ship within five business days of the order being placed. regardless of selected shipping method. (PayPal payments may take up to 10 days to clear and your order is placed once the transaction clears and transfers your information into our system)

    Expedited shipping methods such as UPS 2nd Day Air and US Postal Service Priority Mail will see quicker delivery times. Please note that ship times are when your order is processed and leaves our warehouse, not from when your order is placed.

    International Orders

    International orders are shipped via the US Postal Service. All international in-stock orders ship within five business days of the order being placed. Depending on which country you live in, it can take up to 6 weeks for you to receive your order, generally most orders are received within 2-4 weeks.

    The cost of shipping depends on the location and the weight of the package. Prices differ depending on the country that you live in.

    Some countries require the customer to pay a customs duty or tax when picking up their package. This is completely out of Merchnow.com's hands. Please do not ask to mark a package as "gift," as this is illegal.

    Pre-Orders

    Pre-orders will be shipped in accordance to the release date. Pre-Order release dates for clothing items such as t-shirts, hooded sweatshirts or any other item that is not part of a new release package deal may be subject to change.

    ***In the case where there is more than one pre-order placed on the same order***
    -Due to the fact that there is only one shipping charge, multiple pre-orders, within the same invoice, will be shipped out simultaneously thereby possibly delaying the first pre-order.

  • APO/FPO

  • Merchnow gladly supports our troops by shipping merchandise to APO/FPO addresses.

    Please select United States Postal Service, First Class or Priority Mail when choosing a shipping method at checkout. USPS is the only delivery service that delivers to APO/FPO addresses. At this time tracking numbers are unavailable for any packages delivered to APO/FPO addresses. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE UPS!!! THEY DO NOT DELIVER TO APO/FPOS AND YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO US!!!!

    APO/FPOs are located all over the world so delivery times vary widely, depending on your location.

    The Department of Defense has issued the following guidelines for addressing your mail to military and civilian personnel.

    Use the service member’s full name. The Department of Defense canceled the Any Service Member program so mail must be addressed to someone specific.

    Include the unit and APO/FPO (Air/Army Post Office or Fleet Post Office) address with the nine-digit ZIP Code™ (if one is assigned).

    Include a return address.

    For packages, print on one side only with the recipient’s address in the lower right portion.

    As of Thursday, January 19 2006, there will be a $2 restocking fee for all returns or exchanges excluding defective merchandise and MerchNow order errors.

    Returns and Exchanges

    All returns/exchanges should be shipped to the following address accompanied by your name, order number and a brief explanation of the return/exchange within 60 days of your orders original delivery date.

    Exchanges

    Please note, in order for us to complete an exchange we will need to charge an additional shipping fee on top of the restocking fee.

    Clothing Items

    We will not accept returns/exchanges on clothing that has been washed or worn. We cannot accept any return/exchange received after 60 days of your orders original delivery date. Anything returned to us after this time will be returned to you immediately.

    If the item you ordered does not fit or you are not satisfied with the size you ordered and you would like to exchange it for a different size or another item you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back us and you will also be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred to reship your item.

    If you received the wrong item you can send it back to us and we will replace it with the correct one. Please send the item along with a copy of the invoice. Please note on the invoice that you received the wrong item and which item you were supposed to receive. Also note that we need to credit you for the shipping since it was our mistake and not yours. Please return via USPS First Class or Priority Mail as you will only be reimbursed for the cost of these shipping options.

    Music Items

    All music items (CDs and vinyl) can only be returned/exchanged if unopened.
    We cannot do exchanges or refunds on books of any kind. (graphic novel, comic book or otherwise)

    Incorrect Orders
    If you received the wrong item you can send it back to us and we will replace it with the correct one. All items should be sent back using USPS First Class or Priority Mail, you will receive a refund for the shipping cost.

    ANY PACKAGE RETURNED TO MERCHNOW SHOULD BE SENT WITH A TRACKING NUMBER. MERCHNOW CANNOT NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNED OR EXCHANGED ITEMS UNLESS CUSTOMER HAS OBTAINED PROOF OF DELIVERY.

  • Creating a gift registry allows you to make a wishlist for birthdays, holidays, or any occasion and email it to your friends and family. They can access it any time and buy items off your list.

    To create a new gift registry, simply shop and add items to your cart. When you are finished hit the checkout button and then the create a registry link. Follow the instructions from here!

    How do I cancel an order? If you want to cancel an order you have placed, please call or email our support site with your order # ASAP. If your order has already shipped out, you’ll have to return the item for the refund.

    I typed in the wrong address/zip code, how do I correct that? Please call or email our support site with your order # if you have typed an incorrect address. As long as your order has not shipped out, we can make that change for you.

    Will my posters be mailed to me in a poster tube? If you don’t purchase a poster tube, your posters will be folded and placed in a priority mailer. To purchase a poster tube, go to the poster section of our website. The poster tube will be on the last page and cost $2.00.

    How many posters can fit in one poster tube? Each poster tube can fit around 10 posters.

    How do I check the status of my order? We have an order status function on our front page. You will need the email address and zip code you entered during check out. If nothing comes up in the order status page, please call or email our support site with your order # for further information.

    What do I do if I received an out of stock email? Please respond to the email or give us a call with a replacement item for the out of stock item.

    How long does it take to process an order? Orders can take up to five business days to process before they ship out (Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not considered business days).

    One of the items I ordered has an “OOS” around it on the invoice, what does this mean? This indicates that the item is OUT OF STOCK at this time. You should have received a separate piece of paper stapled to your original invoice that notes a RETURN was done. The amount you were refunded will be highlighted.

    The shirt I’m looking at is out of stock in the size I need. When is it going to be restocked? Once an item is ordered for reprinting, it can take between 2-4 weeks (sometimes longer), for the item to be reprinted and restocked. If you want to know whether it’s been ordered for reprinting, email our support site.

    What shipping options do I have? We have a few different shipping options at Merchnow. Anything less than 13 oz. can be shipped USPS First Class. Anything over 13 oz. can be shipped USPS Priority, UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day or UPS 2nd day. All international orders have the option of USPS First Class International or USPS Priority International.

    I did not receive an email confirmation with my order #, why is this? The confirmation email may have went to your spam/junk folder. If the email is not in your spam/junk folder the email address may have been typed incorrectly during checkout.

    I’m trying to purchase an item, but there are no sizes available. What’s the deal? If there’s only an “add to cart” button available, there is only one size available. Please email us for more information on that item.

    I have an order that is time sensitive. How do I make sure it arrives on time? If you have an order that is time sensitive, please bring it to our attention ASAP. We will do the best we can to get your package to its destination on time.

    I didn’t place an order with your company, but I see a charge on my credit card statement....what’s going on here? Please give us a call if you notice an unauthorized charge on your bank statement. We will do what we can to help resolve the problem.

    I checked my bank statement and saw multiple transactions from MerchNow, why is this? If you notice multiple transactions on your statement, chances are you placed multiple orders by accident and you’re going to receive more than one package. Please call or email our support site IMMEDIATELY to fix this.

    I ordered a digital download and haven’t received it yet, what do I need to do to receive it? Be sure to check your spam/junk mail for the download email. If it is not located in your spam/junk folder, please call or email our support site with your order #.

    I ordered a pre-order shirt and it hasn’t arrived yet. What’s the hold up? Pre-Order release dates for clothing items such as t-shirts, hooded sweatshirts or any other item that is not part of a new release package deal may be subject to change.

    I ordered more than one pre-order bundle…when will my order ship out? Your package will ship out when all pre-order bundles are available for shipping.

    I ordered a pre-order item along with my other items. When will my order ship out? Your order will ship out once the pre-order item is available. Please take note of the shipping date for your pre-order item during checkout.

    I am ordering internationally. How long will it take for my order to arrive? Once the order has shipped out from our warehouse it can take between 2-6 weeks to arrive. Be sure to check with your local post office/customs on a regular basis (there is a chance they are holding onto it because you owe a duty or tax on the package). If you do not receive your package within 6 weeks, please contact us.

    Is there a way to track international orders? We have no way of tracking international orders at this time. We do have your packages customs dispatch # available. If you need this, let us know.

    Does the $2 restocking fee apply to every item returned? The $2 restocking is a one-time fee that covers everything being returned and exchanged in a single package.

    If I purchased a shirt from a band/artist on tour, can I return/exchange it at MerchNow? We cannot accept returns/exchanges for merchandise bought on tour. We only accept returns/exchanges for merchandise bought through Merchnow.com. We’re sorry for the inconvenience.

    Can I special order a size that is not available on the website for a particular design (Youth Extra Large, 2XL, 3XL, etc.)? Unfortunately the sizes you see on the website are the only sizes available.

    Do you have a catalog available that you can send us? We do not have a catalog for our store at this time. You can view all our products online at anytime!

    Do you accept Credit Card Company issued gift cards? We do not accept Credit Card Company issued gift cards, because they do not contain a billing address. Our shopping cart uses AVS (Address Verification System) to confirm the billing address of the cardholder to prevent fraud. Since the gift cards do not contain a billing address, the shopping cart will decline them.
